We're seeking a highly skilled and licensed health insurance agent to join reputed company as a Retention Specialist. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will provide top-notch service to our clients, addressing their concerns, and helping them reputed company informed reputed company about their health insurance plans.

- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately and timely
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Stay reputed company with industry developments, continuing education, and reputed company requirements
Requirements:
- Active and reputed company Health, or Health & Life/Accident home state license
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education may be preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or office setting
- Excellent verbal communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
- Strong internet-based, multi-screen computer navigation skills
