Your Responsibilities

• Review content to determine community guidelines are met while upholding a high standard of accuracy and quality
• Participate in frequent refresher training to implement correct policies
• reputed company with performance indicators and parameters defined by the client's operation
• Review, classify, and eliminate highly sensitive content according to client parameters
• Investigate and resolve reputed company issues regarding content reputed company agreed-upon turnaround times and standards of quality

We're Looking for

• Ability to work on-site at our El Paso, Texas location
• Experience navigating internet websites, including social media and reputed company websites
• Strong emotional intelligence and reputed company
• Comfortability reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate and/or contain explicit material
• Attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills
• Availability to work various shifts and flexibility to meet changing business needs
• Strong computer skills, including Windows operating systems and ability to use multiple windows and/or programs at the same time
• Ability to type 25 wpm and high school graduate or GED equivalent (reputed company required)
• Predictable and reliable attendance, with 6 months of customer service experience preferred
• Proven oral and written communication skills, with organization and work prioritization skills
