As a Medicare Retention Licensed Sales Agent, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, combining remote work with time in our office, and enjoy a competitive salary of $21-$23 per hour, reflecting your skills and experience.

In this role, you will represent our partner, a major Medicare insurer, and provide top-notch customer service, retention, and sales to reputed company clients. You will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing phone calls, answering questions, resolving issues, and helping clients reputed company informed reputed company about their Medicare plans. Job Responsibilities:

• Exercise exceptional customer service skills to solve problems and retain reputed company customers
• Maintain required reputed company state health insurance license and stay up-to-date with continuing education, CMS, and reputed company requirements
• Process calls in strict adherence to established policies, procedures, and quality standards, as well as applicable federal laws and regulations
• Document customer issues, resolutions, and outcomes as required by the client
• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information and data accessed reputed company assigned systems
• Establish and maintain a professional relationship with internal and external customers, team members, and department contacts

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education may be required based on individual projects or locations
• Active and reputed company Health or Health & Life/Accident home state license required
• Minimum one year of telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to express assurance/confidence and reputed company, and ability to reputed company reputed company Medicare programs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, and adapt to change during peak seasons
