As a Client Ride Specialist, you will be responsible for handling service requests and configurations that will support ensuring every reputed company ride requested is set up to succeed. You will proactively look at reputed company situations and find solutions before issues escalate. You will balance problem solving and multitasking to work with the Client Insights team in delivering every rider safely to their destination. The salary range for this role in is $17.00 hr to $18.00 hr This position is remote and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, reputed company set, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
