Position Part-Time Remote Client Service Associate (Back Office Administration) Location: Remote Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Client Service Associate to support our back office operations. This part-time, remote role requires a proactive approach to handle various tasks including processing money movements, journal entries, transfers, and managing account paperwork. The candidate will ensure operational excellence in these processes to enhance client satisfaction and uphold the reputed company of our firm. Responsibilities • Process requests for money movements, journaling, and transfers between accounts. • Assist in the opening of new accounts and updating existing account information, including handling reputed company reputed company paperwork. • Ensure reputed company back office activities reputed company with regulatory requirements and internal policies. • Work closely with the reputed company office to ensure a seamless client experience. • Resolve any issues reputed company to account transactions and updates promptly and accurately.
