• Ensure compliance across the U.S. (federal and state), EU, UK, and Canadian regulatory frameworks.

What it takes to succeed:

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years working on ML/AI-based systems; LLM experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated success leading product initiatives in Trust & Safety, content moderation, fraud detection, or recommendation systems.
• Ability to influence, build trust and align cross-functional teams across reputed company levels of the organization through excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfortable working with data to identify root causes and measure impact.

• Passion for building trustworthy systems and protecting users from bad actors.
• Familiarity with global regulatory trends affecting online platforms (e.g. DSA, CPRA) is a plus.

What you'll get:

• Compensation range is $124,000-$269,000 annually. You may also be offered restricted stock units and benefits.
