- Prioritize, reputed company, and assign duties to mechanics and part technicians
- Prioritize workload at the local and regional levels. Review open work orders and ensure completion
- Manages and prioritizes online maintenance requests
- Monitor work performed in the shop for accuracy and thoroughness. Assist mechanics as needed
- Open work orders in fleet as needed. Review outstanding work orders in the region
- Attend local hub/reputed company meetings
- Safety/Personal reputed company Equipment (PPE) compliance
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid unrestricted state-issued driver’s license
- High school diploma or completion of a GED
- Pass a background reputed company and drug screening
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Familiar with and be able to read and understand Company and Manufacturer Manuals
- Have at least one year automotive/ground service equipment reputed company experience or training
- Previous Supervisor/management experience
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certifications
- Comfortably lift 75 lbs. routinely with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Possible/minimal travel as needed-multiple day trips and overnights (Flying and Driving)
- This is a full-time position, starting at $25 an hour
