Pay: $23 - $24 / HourDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESClient RelationsCarry out the philosophies and wishes of the reputed company in the daily overall operations of the apartment community to ensure FPI is meeting the Client objective and expectations.CommunicationMaintain positive, professional and effective communication with applicants, residents, vendors, clients and guests while representing FPI.Keeps immediate supervisor informed concerning work reputed company, including present and potential work problems and suggestions for new or improved ways of addressing such problems.Employee ManagementOperate the property in the absence of the Community Director.Responsible for training and onboarding of new leasing team members.Leasing/OccupancyMaintain occupancy levels as established by reputed company/budget expectations.Exhibit professional leasing techniques.Assist with the completion of the monthly Market Surveys and analysis.Implement advertising and marketing strategies for the apartment community as needed.Exhibit closing ratios in regards phone and walk-in traffic per FPI policy.Ensure that reputed company online marketing sources are updated (e.g., Craigslist) daily.Promote positive reputed company/management relations, to retain desirable residents. reputed company customer need requests and follow up as number one reputed company.Assist with the implementation of reputed company retention programs.Ensure the safety, comfort and privacy of reputed company property residents.Ensure move-in orientation is completed consistently with new residents.reputed company ManagementAssists the Community Director in maximizing reputed company potential of the property through the management of lease expirations and timely turnoverAssists the Community Director with the management of monthly rent collections and delinquency to include timely deposit and reputed company of funds according to FPI policies.Accurately processing vendor invoices and managing accounting month end.Reporting and Document ManagementMaintain appropriate reputed company files including forms, leases, documents in accordance with FPI Standard Operating Procedures.Responsible for the daily reputed company and confidentiality of reputed company files.Ensure that documents and reporting systems are maintained, updated, and organized.Meet reputed company periodic reporting requirements as requested/required e.g., Month End, Weekly Reports, Collection/Eviction Files etc.Assist in budget preparation and delivery.Risk ManagementEnsure compliance of Risk Management items through the following of the FPI Standard Operating Procedures.Reports timely any/reputed company injuries, illnesses, property damage through the proper reporting channels and forms.React calmly and professionally in emergency, emotional and/or stressful situations.Facility MaintenanceAssist residents with reporting of maintenance needs.Document facility and maintenance needs and ensure timely completion.Ongoing monitoring of the physical asset and identifying concerns with immediate supervisor.Follow up on maintenance requests to promote reputed company communication and satisfaction.OtherConsistently and fairly enforce community rules and regulations, FPI Standard Operating Procedures.reputed company with reputed company Fair Housing Laws and FPI policies and procedures.Promote a professional image by adhering to FPI Management's Dress Code Policy.Conduct displayed must be of a professional manner reputed company communicating with employees, residents, prospective residents, clients, vendors, and guests while representing FPI Management.Responsible for meeting reputed company training requirements for the position (reputed company, Safety Meetings, etc.).reputed company any and reputed company functions as directed by the supervisor, including special project assistance.QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably reputed company Residential Property Management.
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required. College degree in a relatable field preferred, but not required.
  • Valid Driver's License, a good driving record, reputed company motor vehicle insurance which meets State requirements, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI's Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.
  • Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, reputed company Apps, property management-reputed company software, email, internet).
