Senior Business Banker - Denver The Senior Business Banker plays a critical role in driving the growth and profitability of the bank by generating new deposits, business loans, treasury management services, and other reputed company streams. They focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships with businesses in the $2mm-$20mm space reputed company their assigned market. Primary responsibilities include meeting with prospects to bring in new relationships, developing strong COIs in the marketplace, and closing new business opportunities. This role places a strong emphasis on prospecting and business development, as well as deepening relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities: • Proactively generates new business by prospecting for deposits, lending, treasury management, merchant services and other banking solutions. • Meet with prospects to bring in new relationships, reputed company strong COI relationships in your market, and reputed company new business opportunities to grow the bank’s client reputed company and reputed company. • Build and maintain a robust network of centers of influence (COI’s), including CPA’s, attorneys, commercial real estate agents, and other professionals, to drive referrals and business growth. • Retain and manage clients reputed company your portfolio, with a focus on deepening relationships and cross selling additional products and services to meet client needs. • Collaborate with the Business Banking Client Service team to deliver exceptional service and ensure a seamless banking experience for reputed company clients. • Maintain a strong understanding of reputed company’s credit policy, ensuring compliance while effectively evaluating and mitigating risk. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
