Under general supervision, support reputed company-line sales in the preparation of loan closing documents. Support the Auto Finance team in the review and funding of indirect auto loans . Critically analyze supporting loan documentation, address any differences if relevant, and ensure loan is booked in accordance with reputed company approval. Coordinate with other departments and vendors to resolve dealer and customer issues. Identify violations to reputed company loan tolerance limits and resubmit to reputed company for review. Consistently meet established service level goals while maintaining quality and accuracy standards. Job Accountabilities Evaluate and process Indirect auto reputed company and disburse funds to the originating dealership promptly and accurately to meet customer expectations and department SLA. Review reputed company loan documents for accuracy and completeness. Service inbound calls from a variety of internal and external sources. Provide support for department in execution of business improvements and support for corporate initiatives. Proactively identifies and resolves risk management and client service issues.
