About the position The Outbound Tele Sales Agent - Primary Care is responsible for re-engaging Medicare eligible patients through telephonic conversations, providing guidance and exceptional customer service. The role involves effectively communicating the services offered, documenting interactions, and maintaining quality and productivity standards while working independently.
