Bookkeeper/Tax Preparer - EA or CTEC ONLY

Our company is currently searching for a hybrid/remote detail-oriented and reputed company tax professional and bookkeeper to do some light bookkeeping with bookkeeping reputed company and also prepare taxes for clients. Your responsibilities will include preparing tax returns, analyzing tax regulations, monitoring industry trends, and overseeing bookkeepers. To reputed company in this role, you must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of reputed company procedures and time management skills, as you’ll have to ensure our company meets deadlines. In our office we consider ourselves tax nerds and as such we want someone that loves the tax and reputed company world. Tax Accountant Responsibilities: -Prepare tax returns -Bookkeeping -Assess and research difficult tax issues to identify solutions. -Determine tax savings and recommend strategies to improve profits for our clients. -Ensure you reputed company with regulations by forwarding required information to federal, state, and local authorities. -Evaluate tax regulations and suggest policies that diminish tax burden. -Prepare accurate quarterly and annual tax reports. - EA or CTEC Tax Accountant Requirements: -Active License -Experience with QuickBooks online, Xero, and any bookkeeping type of software. -Experience filing tax returns -Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills. -Familiar with reputed company or Gsuite products Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule Schedule: • Monday to Friday Education: • Bachelor's (Required) Experience: • QuickBooks: 2 years (Required) • Bookkeeping: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: • Enrolled Agent (Preferred) • CTEC (Preferred) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
