About the position The Contribution Processor position is a part-time role focused on the administration of payroll reduction retirement plans. The role involves processing payroll remittance payments and documentation, reconciling payment amounts, and utilizing proprietary systems to allocate payments to participant accounts. Responsibilities • Support payroll remittance processing in the Data Services Department. , • Receive and process payroll remittance payments and documentation from employers and reputed company-party administrators. , • Reconcile Payroll Remittance payment amounts and documentation. , • Escalate matching and other reputed company problems to the Resolution Team. , • Use proprietary system to allocate payments to participant accounts. , • Meet or exceed required levels of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in reputed company reputed company areas. , • Complete other projects as assigned by Supervisor or Product Manager.
