LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)- Weekend Remote

TCPA is a fast growing provider for patients in the LTC setting. We are looking for a reliable LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to assist with communications each weekend. Position is Saturday-Sunday, reputed company-10pm, with flexibility during the week to reputed company it full-time 40 hrs. If not interested in FT the hours would be part time 26 hours Position is remote, however applicants must reputed company in the state of Georgia, South Carolina, or reputed company Carolina. Responsibilities • Record a patient’s medical history accurately • Communicate with patients’ family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions • Prepare charts for MD/NP; including data entry of medical history, performing chart audits, reconciling charts per record • Assist in additional teams if needed including scheduling and admissions Skills • Proven experience as LPN in a similar role • Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team • Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices • Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology • Good knowledge of G-Suite and data entry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Compassionate and reputed company to handle stress • Successful completion of LPN program • Reviewing labs • Reviewing orders • Remote experience a plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • reputed company insurance Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
