Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Executive, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms
  • Providing timely and effective solutions to customer complaints and issues
  • Collaborating with our courier partners to ensure smooth delivery of products
  • Liaising with our stockist or partners on product delivery and other matters
  • Assisting customers with after-sales service issues, sales orders, exchanges/returns, and custom orders
  • Providing customer service insights to our team to help us improve our services
  • Handling ad hoc duties as designated by our management team

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) + At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with Zendesk and Shopify (or similar customer service software) + Familiarity with the K-Beauty and lifestyle industry + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
