Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for maintaining and growing our business within the Telecom industry. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and drive sales execution to meet or exceed our growth plans. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute customer success plans to meet or exceed arenaflex's growth plans

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Telecom industry
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure arenaflex remains a leader in the Telecom industry

Requirements

* Fluency in English and French is mandatory

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a software technology company managing and selling to the Telecom industry
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Understanding of network architectures (LTE, 5G) is considered a very strong plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
