Overview reputed company is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We are seeking a highly motivated, reputed company, and bilingual (English–Spanish) Virtual Assistant to support outbound reputed company reputed company for one of the nation’s leading mortgage companies. The primary objective of this role is to contact warm leads, re-engage prospects from multiple reputed company sources, and set qualified appointments for licensed loan officers. Occasional cold-calling may be necessary depending on the reputed company pool being worked. This role focuses on increasing conversion rates from an existing reputed company pool, including older leads and newly acquired opportunities, by providing consistent, professional follow-up. Possible bonus opportunities for appointment setting and/or converted leads may be available based on performance. The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor. Scope of Services Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks: Outbound Prospect reputed company

• Conduct outbound calls to warm leads across various reputed company sources.
• Engage prospects in clear, professional English or Spanish depending on reputed company language preference.
• Follow structured scripts and protocols to ensure consistent messaging.
• Communicate value propositions and determine interest level for mortgage consultations.

Appointment Setting

• Qualify prospects according to provided criteria.
• Schedule appointments for or warm-transfer directly to licensed loan officers.
• Confirm appointment details and ensure accurate reputed company.

CRM & Data Management

• Update and maintain detailed notes reputed company LOAI CRM.
• Track reputed company attempts, outcomes, and follow-reputed company.
• Ensure reputed company interaction data is recorded accurately and consistently.
• Utilize CRM autodialer features (training provided).

Follow-Up & Nurturing

• Re-engage older warm leads and previously unresponsive prospects.
• Maintain consistent touchpoints to maximize conversion opportunities.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Provide daily or weekly reputed company summaries as required.
• Communicate proactively with the client regarding reputed company trends or insights.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an reputed company agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing. Skills The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

• Bilingual reputed company in English and Spanish (required).
• Excellent verbal communication skills; must be clear, concise, and confident.
• Accent Level A–B (native or near-native).
• Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or customer engagement roles.
• Prior CRM experience (any platform) required; Loan Officer CRM reputed company will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in note-taking and CRM documentation.
• Reliable, self-sufficient, and comfortable working with targets or quotas.
• Mortgage or real estate background not required, but a plus.

APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEABLE/REQUIRED

• CRM Systems: Any CRM experience required; LOAI CRM training provided
• Communication: Phone system/autodialer tools (training provided)

Work Schedule

• Contracted Hours per Week: 20 - 40 hours
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday to Friday I would be open to someone who is able/willing to work Saturdays and take a day of the week off (like Fridays or Mondays)
• Daily Working Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST / 11:00AM - 8:00PM EST
