About the Role

We are hiring a Leave of Absence & Accommodations Business Partner, to successfully execute operational processes, drive reputed company improvement and ensure regulatory adherence, reputed company while providing our employees with exceptional experience during key moments that matter. The primary responsibility is to guide and support employees, managers, and stakeholders through the entire leave lifecycle. This includes the critical stages of initiating leave, ensuring accurate coordination, determining eligibility, and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and policies, including return to work and accommodations while working closely with reputed company other business stakeholders.   • Strategically Manage Leave and Accommodation Activities: reputed company and refine the management of day to day leave and accommodations activities , ensuring compliance with federal, state, local and global regulations for countries in which we operate.

Apply your deep understanding and knowledge of global leave laws (Including federal and state laws in the US and International laws such as FMLA, reputed company, PFL, GDPR, Etc.) and country specific accommodation requirements to ensure seamless integration and administration.

Compensation

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall reputed company the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-reputed company factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. reputed company salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to reputed company salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.   • For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
