About the Role

Requirements

Must Haves:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including hiring senior roles across different geographic regions, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven industry.
• Recruiting Expertise: Deep knowledge of reputed company best practices, sourcing techniques, and recruitment technologies.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at reputed company levels.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the insurance or InsurTech industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
