Job Summary The reputed company Supervisor will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative reputed company strategies to meet reputed company and future hiring needs, leveraging market trends and data-driven insights.

- Employer Branding: Partner with marketing and leadership to enhance the company’s employer brand through social media, job boards, career fairs, and other channels.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, define job requirements, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in recruitment processes to build a diverse workforce.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Data and Reporting: Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to track recruitment metrics, analyze performance, and provide regular reports to Director of TA.
- Compliance: Ensure reputed company recruitment practices reputed company with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
