About the Role

As a Director, Technical Program Management on our reputed company product & platform organization, you'll be responsible for driving large-scale technical programs that deliver on critical business goals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and architects, to design and implement scalable solutions that support a world-class developer experience. Your expertise in DevOps, automation, and technical program management will be instrumental in shaping our technical landscape and driving business reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong technical background, experience in driving large-scale technical programs, and excellent leadership and collaboration skills. Here are the essential and preferred qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs
• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering)

Preferred Qualifications

• 7 years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing
• 5 years of experience in building distributed systems & highly available services using reputed company computing services / architecture - preferably using AWS
• 5 years of experience building & leading reputed company TPM teams
• 5 years of experience building highly scalable mobile products & platforms
• 5 years of experience with Agile delivery
• 5 years of experience delivering large and reputed company programs
• Experience in building systems & solutions reputed company a highly regulated environment
• MBA or Master's Degree in a reputed company technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering) or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in a multi-reputed company environment
• 4 years of experience with DevOps
• 5 years of experience with Site Reliability Engineering
