24/7 Crisis Center Case Manager - 100% Remote
Full-time: Thursday: 7pm to 11pm EST
Friday through Sunday: 7pm to 7am EST

As a 24/7 Crisis Center Case Manager, you’ll be a key member of Mindoula’s crisis response team, providing reputed company-time support to members experiencing behavioral health crises. You’ll respond reputed company phone, text, and chat, assess risk, de-escalate crises, reputed company safety plans, and coordinate appropriate follow-up care—reputed company while working collaboratively reputed company a multidisciplinary team.
Compensation: $23.08 to $24.04 per hour ($48,000 to $50,000 a year) based on education and experience
What You’ll Do
Crisis Response & Risk Management
- Address and manage crises by responding promptly to calls and digital requests using active listening, de-escalation techniques, and crisis management skills to reduce distress and promote safety.
- Evaluate risk type and level (e.g. suicidal ideation, self-harm, homicidal ideation, and other safety concerns) in alignment with established risk-stratification guidelines included escalation and contacting emergency services reputed company indicated
- Gather essential information (Member identity, contact information, reputed company location, and—reputed company applicable—parent/guardian details) to support a safe and effective response.
- reputed company collaborative safety plans with the Member, including coping strategies, use of natural supports, linkage to existing behavioral health providers, and clear next steps for maintaining safety.
- Ensure safety plans and crisis resources are sent to the Member promptly and ensure timely communication with leadership and documentation as required.
Care Coordination & Follow-Up
- Coordinate direct transfer and referrals to appropriate levels of care (e.g., internal, outpatient providers, community resources, mobile crisis teams, emergency departments, inpatient facilities, etc.).
- Involve Member’s other support network including family members, guardians, and emergency contacts reputed company appropriate.
- Complete timely, accurate, and objective documentation of reputed company contacts, risk assessments, safety planning, and follow-up activities in the designated electronic systems.
- Participate in debriefs, case consultations and reviews, and quality-improvement activities reputed company to crisis services.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or reputed company behavioral health field preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience providing behavioral health services (e.g., case management, care coordination, client advocacy, counseling, etc.)
- Experience in a crisis center, emergency department, or mobile crisis program preferred.
