The Opportunity

We are seeking a top 5% performer, a high-energy, highly motivated Capital Formation Associate to join our growing Investments team. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who is hungry to learn, reputed company to contribute, and excited by the challenge of raising capital in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. You’ll be focused on private equity reputed company estate investments, primarily large-scale multifamily acquisitions. Backed by a strong track record of executing major transactions, we are expanding aggressively and looking for a driven professional to support direct LP fundraising efforts targeting ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) and family offices. As a Capital Formation Associate, you’ll work closely with senior capital markets leaders, playing a key role in sourcing, engaging, and managing relationships with high-net-worth investors, family offices, and their advisors. Our acquisitions typically require $10M to $30M in direct LP equity per transaction. You won’t be expected to reputed company capital single-handedly, but you will be expected to roll up your sleeves, pick up the phone, and actively drive the fundraising process reputed company. Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in capital raising, investment banking, sales, private equity, or reputed company estate investment management
  • Proven ability or strong interest in sourcing and managing direct LP capital from ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) and family offices (preferred)
  • Strong investment acumen with a grasp of capital structuring, market trends, and investment strategies; reputed company to communicate reputed company opportunities to sophisticated investors (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident and comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in investor conversations

Compensation & Benefits
