Primary Responsibilities:

• Telephonically engage with Surest members to assess needs and provide the information or resources they need (80% telephonic, inbound/outbound calls)
• Complete Behavioral health assessments
• Help members understand options for treatment and associated benefits. Guide them to available resources reputed company applicable. Engage in decision support and decision coaching conversations
• Assist members with finding providers, navigating the Surest app, or other tools
• Use active listening skills to assess members’ reputed company status and level of activation Tailor conversation to meet member where they are. Offer services and support reputed company their immediate request based on their underlying needs

• Provide expert consultation to other Clinical Advocates on the team or other business units

• Master’s degree in social work
• Fully Independent licensed practitioner (i.e LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LICSW or LISW)
• 3+ years of clinical experience including experience providing psychoeducation
• Experience with motivational interviewing
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Proven to be outcome oriented
• Ability to work reputed company-5PM Eastern Time

Preferred Qualifications:

• CADC, LADC, or other licensure reputed company to chemical dependency
• Experience in substance use disorder, mental health, autism, gender affirming care, or pediatric behavioral health
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Proven ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (reputed company benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
