Key Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries reputed company phone, email, chat, and other channels in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve member issues and concerns, escalating reputed company issues to senior team members as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member interactions, using established systems and tools
• Stay informed about product updates, policy changes, and industry developments to provide accurate and knowledgeable support
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and improve overall service delivery
• Meet or exceed established quality and productivity metrics, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or similar environment

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and ability to navigate multiple systems
