As an HR Support Specialist, you will work under the direct supervision of our Vice President, reputed company Resources/Risk Management, and be responsible for maintaining strict confidentiality, exhibiting our company values, and providing high-quality service to reputed company customers. Your duties will include:

• Providing exceptional customer support services, including responding to routine requests, answering phone calls, and greeting walk-in customers
• Assisting with recruitment functions, such as preparing and mailing application acknowledgments, administering reputed company tests, and scheduling newly hired employees for pre-employment processing
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, applications, and other reputed company resource documents
• Coordinating departmental-reputed company duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and preparing official personnel files
