About the Role and Team:

We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company HR Specialist to join our reputed company, supporting Marvel Studios Live Action, Animation, and Publishing. As a key member of reputed company, you will provide expert advice to employees and clients on HR policies, processes, and practices, and serve as the primary reputed company of contact for client-reputed company questions and business issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, timely, and professional client service, ensuring seamless follow-through and resolution of HR-reputed company matters
• Establish and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with HR functional partners and stakeholders
• Administer HR-reputed company policies and procedures, including position management, job management, and local recognition programs
• Maintain accurate org charts, document area practices and protocols, and stay reputed company on changes to HR policies and processes
• Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding activities, headcount reconciliation, and provide support to projects as needed

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR or customer/client-facing professional role
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR systems (reputed company)
• Solid knowledge of HR policies, processes, and practices, with ability to adapt to changing priorities and client needs

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
