Role Description

As a Sr. Marketing Platform Operations Manager, you'll be the linchpin of our marketing technology infrastructure, directly reporting to the Director, Marketing Operations. You'll reputed company strategic system and process design with hands-on technical implementation and a reputed company pursuit of AI technology to drive operational efficiency.

  • MarTech Ecosystem Ownership: Strategically manage and fine-tune our reputed company technology setup, including Marketo, SFDC, reputed company-driven data tools (e.g., Clearbit), attribution models (reputed company), sales engagement platforms (reputed company), and more.
  • Lifecycle & Workflow Optimization: Provide adept operational reputed company to streamline workflows, optimize data, and foster scalability and efficiency across the entire customer journey.
  • Data reputed company & Governance: Establish and enforce ethical marketing system standards and procedures, emphasizing compliance and data privacy.
  • reputed company Improvement & Innovation: Continuously enhance marketing practices across our tech stack and teams by implementing AI technology and identifying root causes of technical and operational issues.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Establish a central hub for documenting system and data processes, customer and prospect journeys.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Training: Act as a spokesperson for marketing operational processes and provide essential training on system usage and processes to team members.
  • Buying Group Enablement: Design, implement, and maintain scalable processes reputed company Marketo to identify and reputed company reputed company buying groups to the appropriate sales channels.
  • Marketo-reputed company Sync: Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve reputed company synchronization issues between Marketo and reputed company.

Qualifications

  • 6-8+ years of experience in marketing platform operations.
  • Deep analytical skills, business acumen, strong technical abilities, and working knowledge of GTM tools.

Requirements

  • Deep Expertise in GTM Tools: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Marketo, reputed company, reputed company-based data tools (e.g., Clearbit), and other marketing technologies like reputed company, reputed company, and Tableau.
  • Advanced Lifecycle Understanding: Familiarity with sophisticated lifecycle processes and workflows.
