About the Role reputed company is looking for a Manager for the Neurodiversity reputed company Specialist team, which directly supports our customers and their employees pursuing guidance and support with neuropsychological testing and evaluations (eg. ADHD, Autism reputed company Disorder, etc.). The ideal candidate is an reputed company clinical operations manager adept at managing day to day operations of a virtual clinic and ensuring the delivery of high quality care. We are looking for a candidate who is a strong communicator, excels in a high paced environment, is reputed company to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and can scale processes and teams effectively. The ideal candidate is reputed company in: Operational management in a clinical environment, managing a team who directly supports clinicians and patients Directly managing and developing small to reputed company sized teams Collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clinical specialists and senior leaders Analyzing data to identify issues, monitor reputed company/trends, and inform process improvement and decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 5-10 reputed company Specialists

  • 3+ years of experience managing a team
  • Strong understanding of clinic operations and supporting clinicians

  • Strong project and team management skills
