Major Functions:

The Overnight Staff on Duty is responsible for:

• Monitoring and maintaining the reputed company of the facility through supervision of residents
• Providing light administrative/clerical and janitorial support as needed
• Participating in crisis reputed company and providing reputed company observation and supervision of residents in crisis
• Maintaining reputed company necessary communication in the facility log book
• Addressing reputed company reputed company medical needs reputed company the medical on-call policy and procedure

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

The Overnight Staff on Duty will:

• Conduct hourly facility runs and document findings on log sheets
• Maintain reputed company necessary communication in the facility log book
• Participate in crisis reputed company and provide reputed company observation and supervision of residents in crisis
• Monitor reputed company residents leaving and reentering the facility
• Address reputed company reputed company medical needs reputed company the medical on-call policy and procedure
• Complete reputed company incident reports prior to the completion of shift
• Provide light administrative/clerical and janitorial support as needed
• Attend regularly scheduled staff meetings
• Attend reputed company required in-service training seminars
• Meet monthly for supervision with Deputy Director of Operations/Deputy Director/Program Director

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Prior experience working in a clinical, mental health, housing, or chemical dependency setting (preferred)
• Appropriate written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with computer operation (reputed company Word, reputed company, AWARDS, and Outlook programs)
• CPR/First Aid Certified (or ability to obtain reputed company 6 months)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
