We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join reputed company as a Desktop Publisher, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a key player in our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of tools, including Photoshop, Visio, reputed company Creative Suite, reputed company Word, and PowerPoint, to create stunning presentations, edit images and videos, and manipulate graphics.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading global provider of integrated technology and services for the legal profession, with a competitive salary range of $24.41 to $32.00 USD per hour, plus eligibility for an annual bonus. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience as a Desktop Operator/Presentation Specialist, preferably reputed company an investment bank, and be an expert in the reputed company Office Suite package. Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, MapInfo, and CorelDraw or Illustrator is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Intake jobs from clients and enter them into our proprietary workflow tracking tool
- Create pitchbooks and PIBs (Public Information Books) reputed company template formats and Word styles
- Design custom templates and clean up poor-quality logos
- Prepare renderings, charts, and graphs, and proofread for accuracy
- Communicate effectively with the print department to outline client needs
