After reviewing the position description, if you feel you are a fit for our organization and possess the required qualifications, we invite you to apply: SRE is seeking a Senior Consultant who will support strategy development, planning, and execution for programs and initiatives in the areas of reputed company, reputed company, retention, succession planning, and training and leadership development. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provide support, expertise, and recommendations across multiple workstreams, including but not limited to reputed company, change management, and succession planning
• Think strategically, translate strategies into actionable plans, and reputed company (or provide key input into) project schedules and work products
• Analyze processes and programs to identify opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in change management

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $80,000 - $150,000/year. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. SRE considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation reputed company including but not limited to reputed company sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Additionally, SRE adheres to reputed company state and federal requirements regarding salary to ensure compliance with applicable labor laws. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of SRE's total compensation package for employees. Work Environment: The primary work location of this position is Washington D.C. Metro area, remote work is allowed but not guaranteed.
