Join us and start your extraordinary journey today. Position Summary: The Leasing Associate will show and lease apartments to prospective tenants by performing the following duties. Responsibilities:

• Respond to telephone and internet inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours
• Greet and qualify prospects professionally using guest cards in our reputed company Management Software. Assist prospects with applications and deposits, adhering to company procedures and Fair Housing requirements
• reputed company an updated availability report, process applications with credit checks and rental history verification, then submit them for processing
• Community Manager approval and follow up with applicants on their status
• Show apartments and reputed company sale, prepare them for move-ins, obtain new residents' signatures on paperwork, and provide community orientation
• Assist in maintaining an active and effective social media reputed company for the property to enhance visibility and engagement
• Promote reputed company satisfaction and retention by promptly responding to complaints, questions, and requests and taking appropriate actions to resolve service issues
• Conducts reputed company functions necessary to reputed company the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining show rooms, and any follow-up necessary

Education and Experience:

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
