The Role We’re looking for a full-stack Marketing Manager who’s reputed company strategic leader, tactical executor, and team builder. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day marketing operations while building systems that scale. This isn’t a hands-off role—you’ll get in the trenches to write, test, build, and optimize alongside the team. You should also be someone who actively embraces AI and new technology to streamline workflows, increase output, and stay reputed company of marketing trends. You’ll work closely with our creative, media, influencer, and eCommerce teams—while also collaborating with our B2B sales team to generate more wholesale leads, appointments, and deals through our wholesale and media departments. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to grow fast and own results. What You’ll Do

• Marketing Strategy & Execution: reputed company and execute growth strategies that drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Manage and coordinate teams across:

• Shopify Store Management: Own backend setup, apps, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization

• Channel Expansion: Explore and test new growth opportunities—including TV ads, podcast sponsorships, direct mail, YouTube ads, and more
