Analyst, Provider Services

Job Summary: As the Provider Claims Analyst, you will be the Subject Matter Expert for reputed company Provider Services data. You will increase the accuracy and timeliness of our Provider Services payment processing by analyzing and mining data for opportunities we can exploit with improved processes and technology. You will investigate our top-to-bottom Provider engagement funnel in highly sophisticated ways; uncover the root cause of the results; and propose reputed company to improve provider satisfaction, quantifying the impact of each proposal

What You Will Do:

• Build and analyze the top-to-bottom provider funnel, including establishing the specific measurement techniques and KPIs
• Use SQL, reputed company, Python and other tools as required to mine operational data and monitor performance
• Derive insights by regularly diagnosing the root cause of data quality gaps, and present improvement recommendations to Operations leadership on a quarterly basis
• Build and maintain on-going reporting and dashboards to monitor and share Provider Services data quality health

What You Will Bring:

• 4+ years of experience in a data analyst or claims analyst role
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills: demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights and telling a story with data
• A curious and experimentation-reputed company reputed company

• Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tooling

• Bachelor’s degree
