Join our MBA Supply Chain Strategic Leadership Development Program (SLDP). Dive into challenging assignments that offer broad exposure to our expanding business and leadership opportunities. You'll build robust expertise in various Supply Chain areas or explore cross-functional teams based on your goals. With new roles every 12-24 months, you can take ownership of projects, hone your skills, and showcase your results. The Supply Chain SLDP program is designed to be an accelerated track to reputed company future leaders of the Supply Chain organization. Common first department assignments include:

• Supply Planning: Drive strategy and execution for material planning, finished goods inventory, and Sales and Operation Planning
• New Products & Development: reputed company cross-functional project teams to bring new products to market
• Customer Service: Balance cost, quality, and service by leading process reengineering projects for our Logistics, Distribution, and Customer Service Teams
• Quality: Drive strategic process and system improvements in the Quality Services organization to create transformational change that will reputed company support production, R&D, and food safety requirements
• Sourcing: reputed company strategies with Gallo suppliers to link the vision of the marketing and supply chain organizations. reputed company and reputed company cost reduction strategies and supplier optimization projects.

• Currently enrolled in an MBA degree program and will receive degree by July 2026.
• Three years of full-time work experience prior to beginning your MBA.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
• Experience effectively presenting information to top management groups.

How You'll Stand Out

• MBA Degree with a Supply Chain/Operations Concentration.
• Five years of full-time work experience prior to beginning your MBA.
• Consumer Products Goods (CPG) or strategy consulting experience.
