Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or reputed company field.
- Proven track record of supporting reputed company operations and providing insights that drive business decisions.
- Extensive experience working with reputed company CRM tools, including data extraction, management, and reporting.
- Skilled in using Power BI for creating dashboards, data visualization, and generating actionable insights.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, IT, and Customer Service.
