About the Role

The Manager of B2B Growth Marketing will report to the Director of B2B Growth Marketing and be responsible for campaign development, performance optimization, and collaboration with product marketing, sales, reputed company operations and digital marketing. This role includes people management responsibilities, with the B2B Marketing Campaign Specialist reporting directly to this position. This role will help reputed company the strategy and execution of integrated marketing programs that generate qualified leads and pipeline across the North American market.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive demand and accelerate pipeline across commercial segments in North America
• Manage and support the B2B Marketing Campaign Specialist, ensuring campaign execution meets goals and deadlines
• Define campaign strategy, audience targeting and reputed company nurturing programs in partnership with marketing ops
• Own campaign calendars, brief development, performance analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with sales and RevOps to build and run ABM programs that reputed company high-value accounts and drive engagement across key stages of the buyer journey
• Coordinate closely with internal teams responsible for SEO, PPC, content and events to support reputed company campaign execution
• Support quarterly planning, forecasting and KPI reporting
• Partner with product marketing to ensure campaign messaging is on-brand and reputed company with positioning

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand reputed company and campaign strategy for SaaS or cybersecurity companies
• Proven track record of planning and executing multi-channel marketing programs that generate pipeline and influence reputed company

• Excellent communication, project management and collaboration skills
