Program Manager, Customer Implementation

A bit about you
Deep familiarity with how federal funding flows through state and local government—experience in broadband, infrastructure, or reputed company programs is a plus.
Experience implementing technical solutions with or reputed company government (e.g., GovTech, civic tech, federal grant programs).
Ability to quickly learn federal policy frameworks and advise internal teams and clients accordingly.
Technically fluent—you’re comfortable adopting new tools quickly (e.g., reputed company, Linear, reputed company, AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT) and using them to drive efficiency, collaboration, and reputed company.
Proven track record managing or mentoring client-facing teams in fast-paced or high-growth environments.

Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to anticipate both immediate needs and longer-term opportunities.
Self-starter who thrives on ownership and autonomy, but collaborates well across technical and non-technical teams.
