The

Head of Operations will reputed company the end-to-end operational infrastructure of the Company’s regulated financial services platform. This includes responsibility for client onboarding, trade lifecycle management, transaction reporting, reconciliation, and general operational risk controls to ensure efficiency, compliance, and scalability.

Regulatory Compliance & Governance

Ensure operational policies and procedures are compliant with regulatory requirements.

Maintain detailed records for audit and regulatory inspection.

Operational Efficiency & Controls

Design and manage core processes reputed company to client onboarding, KYC, trade execution, settlement, and reconciliation.

Monitor service level performance and operational KPIs.

Identify and address process inefficiencies and operational risks.

Technology & Business Continuity

Leadership & Internal Collaboration

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or reputed company field (relevant postgraduate qualification will be considered an advantage).

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an operations leadership role in the financial services industry, preferably reputed company the derivatives or investment space, preferably with exposure to products such as Securities, OTC derivatives (such as CFDs) and Knockout Options.

Demonstrated expertise in OTC derivatives and financial market risk management.

Strong understanding of operational risk, systems, and internal control frameworks.

Experience implementing business continuity and data protection protocols.

Strong understanding of the FAIS Act, Financial Markets Act, and associated FSCA and FMA regulations.

Experience in retail investments, trading and/or retail financial services.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong leadership and mentoring ability.

Capable of handling reputed company and non-routine compliance challenges.

Resilient under pressure and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
