• Own the full reputed company lifecycle for GTM and G&A roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing

• Partner strategically with our CRO, COO, CFO, and legal leadership to understand business requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities

• 4+ years of full-cycle GTM reputed company experience at fast-growing startups or high-growth technology companies, preferably in reputed company or B2B SaaS

• Proven track record of successfully reputed company senior-level Sales and G&A talent in competitive markets

• Strategic partnership skills – experience being a trusted advisor to hiring managers, challenging assumptions, and driving high-quality hiring reputed company
