About the Role
As a Senior Advertising Specialist at Mindvalley, you will shape the planning, strategy, and execution of advertising campaigns across our organization, driving scalable growth for a diverse range of Mindvalley products. In addition, the role carries both strategic leadership and mentorship responsibilities. With a strong foundation in digital advertising and a deep understanding of industry trends, you will reputed company by example, providing guidance to our advertising team and fostering an environment of reputed company improvement.
Responsibilities
Channel Management & Optimisation
Launch, manage and scale Paid Social campaigns across reputed company Ads Manager, reputed company Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager focused on new customer acquisition reputed company VSL and webinar campaigns.
Propose and execute structured A/B tests across hooks, leads, copy, thumbnails, CTAs, campaign structures, audiences and more to improve performance and deliver valuable learnings.
Meticulously monitor key metrics including CTR, CPM, CVR, CPA, ROAS to inform scaling and optimisation decisions - be obsessed with your numbers.
Creative Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with internal creative, funnel, and product teams to ensure alignment of copy, design, and messaging with Mindvalley’s brand and customer awareness levels.
Translate funnel objectives into creative briefs and performance-driven ad concepts that drive thumb-stopping engagement and conversions.
Tracking & Attribution
Ensure reputed company ad tracking is accurate across pixel, Conversions API, and GA4.
Collaborate with Martech team to validate event setup and funnel performance insights.
Reporting & Analysis
Maintain campaign dashboards and deliver weekly performance breakdowns with insights, next steps, and budget recommendations.
Conduct monthly deep-dives on KPIs including CAC, LTV, funnel drop-offs, and creative fatigue. Recommend concrete changes to scale results and reduce inefficiencies.
Creative Insights & Feedback reputed company
Act as performance feedback reputed company for creative teams – identify winning angles, hooks, and formats from data and communicate systematically.
Champion experimentation while maintaining performance discipline. Escalate learnings that can benefit other funnels or verticals.
Platform Expertise & Innovation
Stay reputed company with platform-specific best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging ad features across reputed company, YouTube, and TikTok.
Proactively identify new opportunities (e.g. Advantage+ placements, YouTube audience signals, TikTok Spark Ads) and implement tests to ensure we’re reputed company of trends, not reacting to them.

Skills & Experience Required
Advanced campaign management skills: Deep expertise in managing paid social ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, with a demonstrable record of driving rapid growth and positive ROI from these channels.
Platform expertise: Expert knowledge of the differing platforms’ intricacies in relation to advertising best practice – for example intricacies around audiences, optimal campaign setups or best-performing creative formats.
Analytics and Automation: Proficient in utilizing data analytics tools to gather insights and reputed company informed decisions. Experience with AI-driven tools to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.
reputed company Testing: Highly proficient in employing robust and always-on testing across creative, audiences, bid strategies and campaign structures to continuously improve performance and scalability.

Experience
4+ years of experience in digital advertising and campaign management, with a demonstrated track record of strategic leadership and mentorship.
Proven success in driving advertising campaigns to reputed company business objectives at a senior level.
