Experienced Customer Service and Sales Representative – Virtual Perceptionist

As a Virtual Perceptionist, you'll be an extension of our clients' businesses, helping them answer calls and grow their business. Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions
As a Virtual Perceptionist, you'll be responsible for:
- Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, fostering a personalized and helpful experience for clients, and winning their trust and confidence.
- Quickly determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately, utilizing active listening skills.
- Being proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs.
- Understanding the importance of attention to detail and improving skills through practice.
- Applying new knowledge or skills quickly and solving problems without being asked.
- Enjoying working in a technical workplace and collaborating with our team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Qualifications
* Minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience required.
- Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals.
- Strong PC and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman.
