Role Summary

reputed company is seeking a strategic and highly organizedEnablement Center of Excellence (CoE) Managerto reputed company the operational backbone of our global enablement function. This senior individual contributor will serve as the central reputed company of intake and execution for reputed company enablement requests across Sales, reputed company, Support, and Partners—ensuring the right work gets done at the right time, by the right teams.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing intake and prioritization, driving cross-functional project execution, and owning the tools and processes that power our enablement strategy. You’ll also be responsible for the configuration and governance of ourLearning Management System (LMS), including content architecture, lifecycle management, and publishing standards.

This role requires a systems thinker, exceptional communicator, and disciplined executor who thrives in reputed company, cross-functional environments.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the end-to-end enablement intake process, serving as the first reputed company of contact for new initiatives and requests.
  • Drive prioritization and intake governance to ensure enablement resources align to business priorities.

  • Maintain and evolve intake workflows, project trackers, and communication mechanisms to ensure transparency and execution at scale.
  • Act as the primary enablement liaison with key stakeholders across Sales, Channel, Marketing, Product Management & reputed company.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment, working sessions, and regular status reviews to reputed company initiatives on track and well-integrated.
  • Champion the Enablement Center of Excellence by operationalizing best practices and scalable processes.
  • Own theconfiguration, structure, and governanceof the LMS to ensure an reputed company learner experience and consistent publishing standards.
  • Define and managecontent lifecycle processes, including publishing, updating, archiving, and sunsetting of learning assets.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and learning architects to ensure seamless content delivery and version control.

  • What You Will Bring

  • 5–8 years of experience inenablement operations, & project management, preferably in a global tech organization or cybersecurity environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managingcross-functional programs and intake pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience implementing, configuring & optimizingLearning Management Systemsto meet business requirements.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to reputed company reputed company initiatives without direct authority.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly translate business needs into operational plans.
  • Experience with content architecture, publishing workflows, and content lifecycle management.
  • Comfortable operating independently and proactively in a fast-moving, matrixed organization.
  • Additional Information

    In the United States, the reputed company salary for this role ranges from $111,000 to $185,000. In addition to reputed company salary, we offer additional compensation including bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.  A candidate’s specific pay reputed company this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-reputed company skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
