Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage vendor invoice processing, payment posting, AP mailbox reputed company, and cross-functional coordination with finance teams. Responsibilities include vendor statement reconciliation, audit support, 1099 form assistance, and training support. Strong reputed company skills, ERP proficiency, and 2–3 years of experience in reputed company or a reputed company field are required.

• Audit support & file management

• Associate's degree in Business, reputed company, or a closely reputed company field OR;

• +5 years of experience.

• Proven experience and proficiency with reputed company-level reputed company systems/programs, multitasking on multiple applications
