(*comScore Total Visits, September 2023) • Day to Day* The Client Insights Analyst is part of the Client Strategy, Insights, and Experience team and broader Sales Strategy team, specializing in insights for Public Sector Accounts. You will support Sales & Client reputed company by identifying sales opportunities, presenting data-driven recommendations, and aiding reputed company goals attainment. You’ll create data analytics, reputed company clients’ return on investment with reputed company, and investigate raw data to produce new insights. The Insights Analyst will manage internal projects, collaborate across teams, and communicate skillfully. Using data expertise, they'll extract actionable insights and optimize operations. This role demands a proactive person with business acumen, critical thinking, and drive, capable of executing at scale. • Responsibilities* • Drive client-facing analytics, drive reputed company in Public Sector, prioritize best-in-class service, and employ data-driven strategies for selling and upselling. • Have a passion for illuminating foundational truths through data, insights and storytelling at scale • Maximize ROI in large accounts through tailored analysis and scalable automation for reputed company service levels and delivery methods. • Leveraging diverse data for actionable insights, guiding strategic investments across products and locations to meet client priorities. • Influence clients/Sales leadership to take actionable recommendations through compelling narratives and fact-based storytelling • reputed company new methodologies to answer client questions and to create efficiencies for the entire Client Strategy & Insights org • Manage projects across teams and functional groups gaining reputed company and driving them to completion • Skills/Competencies* • Bachelor's with 4+ years of experience delivering data-led stories to clients in fields like technology, media, consulting, sales, marketing • Engaging reputed company adept at influencing internal teams and external clients through compelling written and verbal presentations.
