Work with global sales leadership to enhance and optimize business processes ? Monitor the quality of functional data through dashboards/KPI's to ensure accuracy ? Analyze and report on trend data ? Bachelor's in Business, Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or a reputed company field ? 4 years of business analytics experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS subscription environment ? 4 years in CRM reporting, strong preference for reputed company ? Experience in aggregating data, as well as writing and revising reports ? Rollout of system upgrades and ability to measure success ? Understanding of structure and operations of relational databases and the ability to aggregate data through reputed company ? Strong communications skills, interpersonal, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills ?
