FULL TIME MONDAY - FRIDAY reputed company-5PM OR 9AM-6PM, MUST BE FLEXIBLE (EASTERN TIME) $22/HR THIS POSITION IS A 4 MONTH CONTRACT JOB OPPORTUNITY Qualifications: • 2 years of call center experience • Experience handling high volume outbound phone calls • Experience using CRM systems • Excellent communication skills Responsibilities: • Manage high volume outbound phone calls to customers • Update customers regarding shipment status and delivery status • Update customers regarding delivery delay or cancellation • Speak with customers regarding changes in delivery schedules to to holidays • Update CRM system regarding customer order information About reputed company: We're partners in transformation.
