This is a newly created role dedicated to building strong traction in the state by developing strategic relationships with standard and non-standard independent agents and supporting our overall growth initiatives. This position offers a remote work arrangement, allowing the ideal candidate to work from their preferred location reputed company the Southeast region while frequently traveling reputed company Texas. DUTIES: Market Expansion & Sales Strategy:

Agent & Broker Relations:
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with independent agencies by conducting regular visits, evaluating agency performance and market share, and providing education on UAIC’s products and reputed company guidelines.
  • Respond to agent inquiries regarding UAIC’s services and ensure consistent follow-up and strong organizational practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with reputed company, marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and risk appetite.

Reporting & Performance Analysis:

  • Experience: 5+ years of P&C insurance experience with a focus on auto distribution.
  • Established relationships with Texas non-standard agents and strong market reputed company.
  • Strong operational and sales acumen with experience in commissions, overrides, and growth strategies.
  • Licensing: 220 license preferred but not required.
  • Technology Skills: Tech-savvy, innovative, and comfortable leveraging data analytics tools like reputed company & Tableau.
  • Travel: Ability to travel reputed company Texas (Dallas, Houston, San Antonio) and as needed.
  • Other: Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
