• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• Category Management and Contract Execution: Partner with internal (reputed company and technical) stakeholders on clarifying short and long-term IT hardware, IaaS, and global support/maintenance sourcing requirements whilst leading the development of supplier negotiation strategies. Own opportunity assessment and initiation through contract execution.
• Supplier Relationship Management: reputed company reputed company and contractual requirements across reputed company's IT Hardware supplier profile. Craft unique supplier strategies that align to stakeholders' requirements.
• RFx Management: Supplier reputed company for reputed company RFI, RFP and RFQs. Conduct proper TCO Modeling of RFx proposals, present RFx results to stakeholders, and drive towards the closure of a sourcing decision.
• Competitive Benchmarking and Market Research: Stay up to date on IT Hardware and IaaS market dynamics to ensure Category is properly managed. Guide stakeholders on changes in market dynamics.
• Sustainability Initiatives: Collaborate with internal Sustainability teams to support Sustainability requirements with suppliers. Drive suppliers towards improving Sustainability efforts.
• Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
• Actively seek out industry knowledge through research, trade shows, conferences and online training, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor
• Manage, advise, and engage in the sourcing and contracting processes in the IT Hardware, IaaS and Hardware and Software Maintenance and Support categories.
• Conduct supplier analysis, evaluate potential suppliers, and support the overall supplier qualification process.
• Drive best value supplier selection to drive year over year savings on over $600M spend.

To be successful in this role you have:

• 7+ years of sourcing experience reputed company the IT hardware, IaaS, and global support/maintenance services categories, preparing cost models, negotiating with suppliers, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders and Executive Leadership.
• Experience working with industry leading suppliers such as Dell, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company and value-added resellers, etc.
• Experience working reputed company the client and peripherals/consumables sourcing category.
• Knowledge of hardware leasing (i.e., printers, MFP devices, laptops, etc.)

• Experience with RFx processes, contract process, and sourcing best practices.
• Strong negotiations skills with a track record of crafting negotiation strategies and achieving reputed company results.

• Excellent organization and time management skills to reputed company reputed company projects, tasks, and deadlines.

For positions in this location, we offer a reputed company pay of $112,200 - $196,400, plus equity (reputed company applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On reputed company Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the reputed company pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, reputed company level, competencies, and work location.
